Inscryption
Inscryption is a roguelike deckbuilder with a high level of immersion and some tricky tricks that happen as you play further into the story. It feels very D&D like with the atmosphere set for you by the strange person you are stuck playing cards with.

At first you arent going to like leshy. i didnt. i thought he was a jerk and i couldnt stand his arrogance and his attitude.
Emergent gameplay moment: Almost lost a picture of my cat that passed away
During the third part of the game you face of against PO3 and he decides to amp up the playing field by having you select a picture that means something to you from your computer's pictures. I decided to pick of photo of Patches, a cat that I had when I was younger. She was my cat, my baby, but unfortunately she got outside one day while I was at school and she got hit by a car. This photo is one of the ones I have left of her and so it's very important to me...well, that picture file of her turned into a playable card in the game. And then I was told that if that card died, that file would be deleted, that picture of her would be gone. Nothing makes you lock in more like trying to preserve the memory of your loved ones.
